ASSOCIATION “PROMOTION OF EMPLOYMENT” / APE/
We are a non-profit association. We are in Karnobat city, Bulgaria. Our mission is to stimulate and support the active, civic and responsible participation of young people in the educational, social, cultural and economic environment of the communities in which they live.
Our strategic goal is to improve the quality of life of young people in Bulgaria through access to quality education and lifelong learning and strengthening social inclusion, ensuring equal opportunities, and promoting the development of the social economy sector.
We have a License from the Ministry of Education and Science and we conduct trainings for teaching staff, teachers on topics relevant to their work. We issue a Certificate for the training. We have ISO 9001:2015 education quality certificate.
In its activities, the non-governmental organization pays special attention to activities with young people, as they represent the potential and resource that will help solve all existing problems. We want to increase the potential of young people through awareness-raising and youth work, regardless of religion, language, race and culture. To reveal their potential. In accordance with these goals, we write projects in the field of culture, democracy, civil rights and freedoms, human rights, health education, dance, music and sports, healthy nutrition.
The association focuses its efforts on activities with clear objectives, such as developing, supporting and strengthening processes of consultation, information and shaping the generation of goals in a European context. These objectives will be achieved by creating a favorable environment in the communities of these young people to improve their personal and professional performance. In addition, their needs will be constantly identified and met through a wide range of sustainable activities.
For its proper functioning, this association relies on the principles of responsible volunteering, self-motivation and self-determination, active civic participation, taking initiative, participation and cooperation, adaptability, continuity, competence, competitiveness, friendship, mutual respect and support, democracy, transparency, justice, legality, sustainability, social dialogue, tolerance, flexibility and non-discrimination.
Accomplished projects:
– Project measure BG051PO001-4.1.05 “Educational Integration of Children and students from ethnic minorities” under the Operational Human Resources Development Program.
From 15.01.2019 we are implementing a twinning project with a regional government in Turkey.
From 24.08. 2020 we are implementing a project under the Cross-Border Cooperation Program with Turkey, to promote cultural diversity and preserve folklore identity.
From 2021 to this day, our students actively participate in Erasmus projects in Luxembourg, Lithuania, Armenia, Turkey, Georgia, Romania, and other countries.
In 2024 we participate in the mobility scheme of the EU4BUSINESS project: EU4BCC MOBILITY SCHEME as a host organization.
“Traditions unite us” project under the Perform Europe program. A joint performance of Bulgaria, Poland, Ukraine, through an innovative approach – a creative interweaving of different arts – theater, dance, and training in art.
We have submitted projects / we are waiting for the result / under (Interreg VI-B) NEXT Program for the Black Sea Basin. The main objective is to strengthen existing ties between the participating countries and build new ones in the fields of scientific research and innovation and environmental protection.
The association has extensive experience in the field of consulting, international cooperation and international projects. The management team has practical experience in the implementation of EU-funded projects and has the full capacity to participate fully in project activities in projects.
