TRAINING ON KEY COMPETENCES

                    

This is in accordance with the Human Resources Development Program 2021-2027, the National Recovery and Resilience Plan and the Just Transition Fund.

Key competencies are a combination of knowledge, skills and attitudes, crucial for human development, social inclusion, competitiveness and employability. They increase the possibilities of choice, increase adaptability to changing living and working conditions, make people social, mobile, competitive and motivated.

We provide training in the following KEY COMPETENCES:

1. KK1 “Language literacy”. Name of the training “Communication and communication in the native language”. Number of training hours 16 hours.

2. KK2 “Multilingual competence”. Name of the training “English language training”. The training is in three levels – level A1, A2, B1. Number of training hours 3 levels x 100 hours.

3. KK3 “Mathematical competence and competence in the field of exact sciences, technology and engineering”. Name of the training “Mathematical competence”. Number of training hours 30 hours.

4. KK5 “Learning skills”. Name of the training “Personal competence, social competence and competence for acquiring learning skills”. Number of training hours 30 hours.

5. KK 6 “Civic competence”. Name of the training “European integration and EU institutions”. Number of training hours 30 hours.

6. KK 7 “Entrepreneurial competence”. Name of the training “Entrepreneurship”. Number of training hours 30 hours.

We have qualified and trained staff and a team of professionals for quality training. All training is in-person. The rooms used for training, personal or rented, will meet modern requirements for QC training and ensure the achievement of training objectives. After successful completion of the training and passing the test, we issue a CERTIFICATE.
